Training "Education of girls-leaders"

On November 21-22, 2017 Britt Fredenman, project manager of the BellaNet network, conducted the training "Education of girl group leaders as a component of comprehensive gender-specific prevention and support".


The training has been organized by the DAPC at the Aglaya Kortyard Hotel (St. Petersburg, Russia) and has been conducted within the framework of the project «NGO as essential element of multi-actor partnerships for development of holistic prevention of drug and alcohol abuse among girls and women». Britten Fredenman, with the support of Leena Harake, the general manager of the WOCAD Women´s Organizations Committee on Alcohol and Drug Issues (Sweden), taught the participants in the training the skills of the coaching, the organization of girls' groups and the interactive exercises and the Forum game used to implement programs for the prevention of psychoactive substances abuse among girls. At the end of the training participants had been awarded with certificates.
